Colonial Hearth Cooking Class
Students learn the basics of hearth cooking, including stewing, baking in a beehive brick oven and roasting in a tin reflector oven. Then they feast on the things they have cooked. Donation $25. Prepaid reservations required. Call 203 453-2500 for information.
