“Pop” (Morris H. L. Jacobsen) sitting on wagon over the rear wheel. Came to USA in 1905 at age 17. Started for Telephone Co. on May 29, 1906 in Middletown.

Picture is from the “Pioneer 2006 Calendar” – the date given should be 1906, not 1902 Clarence (Buster) Loomis – Sitting in middle of the front seat (with white shirt & tie). In later years he was Postmaster in the Guilford PD and also the Boy Scout Leader.
